  • Will You Call To Confirm My Order Before You Begin Making It?
    • Yes, if you select the option "Yes, I would Like Someone To Call Me" then we will call to confirm your order details within 48 hours after you place your order.

  • Can You Make A Holster For My Firearms Attachments?
    • Yes. We will be able to make a holster for your firearm that has a laser, light, red dot sight, compensator, or threaded barrel.

  • Can you Make A Holster For My Firearms Attachment If It Is Not Listed?
    • Most likely yes. New models of lights and lasers are released every month, and we try to update our drop-down menus as frequently as possible. If you have a unique laser or light, we may require that you send it to us to make the holster. If it turns out that we cannot make a holster for your firearm's attachment, we will promptly provide you with a full refund.

  • What Is Your Holster Lead Time?
    • Our current lead time on our holsters is generally around 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of your order.

  • How Do I Order A Matching Mag Holder Or Gun Belt?
    • You will be able to add a matching mag holder or gun belt from a drop-down on the holster product page. You can also order this anytime in the future over the phone by calling us at 843-630-6939.

  • Can I Send You My Firearm To Make A Custom Holster?
    • No, we use replica gun molds of your firearm. Using your firearm could damage your firearm due to the pressure placed on the firearm during the molding process.

  • What Is The Best Type Of Holster For Me?
    • If you are unsure about which holster is best for you. Please give us a call to discuss your preferences with one of our craftsmen at 843-630-6939.

  • Can I Choose My Can't (Angle) Of The Belt Slots?
    • Our holsters belt slots typically come with a 15 degree cant. If you would like to customize the cant, please include your preferred cant in the "notes" section at the bottom of your holster order page or select "Yes, I Would Like Someone To Call Me" and we will call to confirm your cant.

  • Are The Metal Clips Adjustable?
    • The metal clips included with your holster are made to fit a 1.5" wide gun belt. They can be adjusted for cant (angle) or rise (height).

  • Can I Remove A Thumb Break Or Add A Thumb Break Later?
    • No. After the holster is made, it cannot be modified to remove or add the thumb break.

  • Can I Add A Red Dot Optic Cut Out Later?
    • No. After the holster is made, it cannot be modified to add an optic cut out.

  • If I Do Not Choose To Line My Holster With Suede, Will The Holster Scratch My Firearm?
    • No. Our holsters are made from vegetable tan cowhide leather that has been resurfaced and slicked to be smooth. The suede lining is softer, but our unlined holsters will still protect the firearm's finish.

      When you order a product that has NOT been customized (customized products include initials, laser/light/red dot sights, thumb breaks, threaded barrels, compensators, tall sights, suede, or different colors or materials) you'll receive a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the item you receive is not what we described it as, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and as long the item is in new condition, and does not show signs of being worn or used, we'll refund or exchange the item for you. To fit properly, some of our products require a break-in period before they will function as intended. Here are instructions on how to break in a leather holster. Items that have been customized or custom-made cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded for store credit. Examples of "customized" orders includes: products that have been customized with initials, embossments, lights, lasers, red dot sights and other available customizations. This guarantee does not cover unintentional customer mistakes, such as choosing the wrong gun, the wrong size or color, or the wrong hand orientation.
