Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Because many of our products are handmade, made-to-order, or produced in limited batches, processing times may vary.
Typical processing times are:

In-stock items: 3–7 business days

Made-to-order items: 6-8 weeks

Custom or limited-edition items: Processing times may vary and will be noted on the product page.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Processing times are estimates only and may be extended due to production delays, material availability, high order volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using carriers such as:

Other regional carriers when appropriate
Shipping speed selected at checkout applies only to transit time after the order has shipped and does not include order processing or production time.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Southern Trapper is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, mechanical issues, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Southern Trapper is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a shipment has been marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Southern Trapper is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after delivery confirmation. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
Shipping Damage
If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Photos of the damaged item

Photos of the packaging

Photos of the shipping label
Failure to notify us within this timeframe may prevent us from assisting with a carrier claim.
Signature Requirements
Certain high-value items may require a signature upon delivery.
If delivery cannot be completed due to failure to obtain a signature or repeated missed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for all:

Customs fees

Brokerage fees
These fees are determined by the destination country and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Southern Trapper is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned to sender due to unpaid duties, incorrect address, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges and any additional reshipping costs.
Policy Changes
Southern Trapper reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice.
